We are excited to host a Valentines Day Social for our young adults with Ds, ages 16+.
This will be an evening of hanging out, playing games, some valentines treats and maybe a little dancing! The event will be chaperoned by a few young adult volunteers.
We are using the community space in Jessica's (one of our regular volunteers) condos right across for Taylors Elementary School. Drop off will be by the PO Boxes but myself or another volunteer will be out there to greet you. We will also put balloons out to help guide you to the right space.
We can't wait to share a fun filled evening with you!
Are you interested in speaking with new parents after they receive a Down syndrome diagnosis? Join us for an all day parent mentor training.

Mahala Turner, Family Support Specialist from the North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance will be here February 22nd to train interested participants. It will be at Eastside St Frances Location 125 Commonwealth Dr. Greenville suite 301 from 10-2pm. You must attend all day to be qualified to speak with our new parents. Coffee and lunch will be provided. Please pre register on our website. No childcare will be provided but babies are welcome.
